Blue screen dilemma

first thing to do when you have such a problem , is to know the cause of the problem

Usually a reference of the file name that's causing the problem is written somewhere in

the bluescreen , so if it's possible for you that you could read swiftly that's good

otherwise you have to use a tricky procedure like using a digital camera that would be

able to take a snap of the bluescreen and read it , next step restart the computer and press F8 in order to open the computer in the Safe mode with networking

in order to search , for me I used Google , just typing the name of the defect file

and all of a sudden I found a forum with people discussing the same problem

It turned out to be that my problem was caused by a faulty driver of Intel for my video card

another way , which might work and sometimes be more helpful is to use Youtube in which you might find somebody show you how to solve the problem step by step

so I have downloaded the new updated driver for my Intel video card , Installed it in the safe mode with networking and then restarted my PC

all of a sudden I realized that my problem became part of history , thanks to my Camera and of course the google search engine .
